realization and confirmation of reservation made through our travel agency
TRASMEDTOUR.com is the formalization, between the client and the agency, of a
contract with guarantees for both parties.
The
acceptance of these general conditions of reservation, entails the
authorization by the user that their data form part of the file "web
clients" of TRASMEDTOUR S.L. hereinafter TRASMEDTOUR, and the treatment of
these files will be regulated according to what is stated in our privacy
policy. Clients of the website "www.TRASMEDTOUR.com" declare that
they are over 18 years of age with the legal capacity to sign contracts and
contract services.
INFORMATION ON
SERVICES
The descriptions, images, graphic or
iconographic representations related to the services and / or localities and /
or geographical areas, as well as the commercial names, trademarks or
distinctive signs of any kind, contained in www.TRASMEDTOUR.com, are intended
to provide the as much information as possible to the client and have been
provided by our suppliers and TRASMEDTOUR collaborators.
If due to force majeure or any incident attributable to TRASMEDTOUR, the
service is not available once the purchase is made, TRASMEDTOUR will inform the
customer of the incident through any of the contact forms provided by the
customer (email, telephone. ..) offering the possibility of total or partial
cancellation of the service, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of
withdrawal that corresponds to the client in accordance with the provisions of
these general conditions of use.
Some products may be subject, in
addition to these general conditions of use, to special conditions of sale.
These particularities will be visible to the customer in the description of the
product along with the rest of its conditions.
These conditions of use may be modified based on the corresponding special
conditions of sale of the service, these special conditions of sale will
prevail over these general conditions of use. Therefore, the client must pay
special attention, in addition to the conditions of use, to the special and
particular conditions of sale of the selected product, if any, which will be
understood to be accepted when the client proceeds to contract the service.
The quality and content of the services provided by the hotel / tourist
establishment will be determined by the official tourist category, if any,
assigned by the competent body. Given the current legislation in this regard,
which establishes only the existence of single and double rooms allowing that
in some of the latter a third / fourth bed can be enabled. It will always be
estimated that the use of the third bed will be done with the knowledge and
consent of the people who occupy the room. This tacit estimate derives from the
certain circumstance of having been previously warned as well as of the room
being reflected as triple all the reservation forms and in the final tickets
and / or documentation of the trip. Likewise, in the case of double rooms for
the use of up to four people when so specified in the program / brochure offer.
The composition of double rooms with a capacity of up to 4 people is also very
widespread, but distributed in 2 beds of 1.35 cm each, and they do not allow
extra beds, so the third / fourth people have to share a bed. In all these
cases, TRASMEDTOUR is not responsible for the composition of the rooms in each
establishment.
For the application of discounts for children and / or third or fourth
people in the same room, it is essential, as a general rule, that the minimum
full payment is 2 people. It is also for general use, that if no reference is
made to a room supplement for individual use, the minimum charge is 2 people.
The usual time for entry and exit at the hotels depends on the first and
last service that the user is going to use. As a general rule, the rooms may be
used from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12 noon on
the day of departure. As tourism competences are transferred to the Autonomous
Communities, these schedules may vary depending on the destination. Normally,
reservations are guaranteed until 8:00 p.m. and if you arrive later, you have
to reconfirm directly with the establishment. In the absence of any notice, the
hotel establishment can dispose of the room and the client lose all their
rights over it and without the possibility of claiming or returning the
contracted services.
In the apartments, when making the
reservation, the client is fully and exclusively responsible for making the
correct declaration of the number of people who must occupy the apartment,
without omitting children regardless of their age. It is noted that the
administration of the apartments can legally refuse to admit the entry of
undeclared persons, and there is no room for any claim for this reason. In some
cases there is the possibility of enabling extra beds or cots, which must be
requested by the clients before the contract is finalized, and which, unless
otherwise mentioned, will not be included in the published price of the
apartment. In the rental of apartments, in general, the corresponding lease
contract must be signed in situ according to the authorized official model and
must be signed by the consumer who will pay the corresponding deposit or civil
liability insurance to respond for any damage if it is required. . The
collection of keys will take place as a general rule from 5:00 p.m. on the day
of arrival and evacuation around 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Except in
those cases where the reservation documentation indicates otherwise. Given the
peculiar operation of this type of establishment, we highly recommend strict
respect for these hours, to avoid possible damages and inconveniences that are
difficult to remedy.
The dates and times of operation of the air conditioning and swimming pools
services depend on the establishment and these services are subject to possible
technical shutdowns. For this reason, TRASMEDTOUR is not responsible for the
correct operation of the same, at the full discretion of the client.
When the offer is full board, the
services will be breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner being the first service to
be provided by the establishment and lunch on the day of departure: the last
(unless the client specifies otherwise when making the reservation). For
half-board reservations, the services that the establishment will serve will be
dinner and breakfast, with exceptions.
The parking or garage service is subject to availability of places and
hours by the establishment and in any case it does not imply that it is free
and will be paid directly. Also in the case of cribs, whose availability will
be limited, upon request and with a possible charge (direct payment) at the
establishment.
The acceptance of domestic animals in tourist establishments is very
restricted. So if you have one, you must consult this possibility at the time
of making the reservation request. And as a general rule, they are paid
directly at the hotel (guide dogs are excluded from this rule).
Due to the coronavirus
(COVID-19), all accommodations are taking steps to ensure the safety of
customers and staff. For this reason, some services and facilities of some
establishments may be limited or not be available without prior notice, by
decision of the management or property of the accommodation; which implies the
exemption of any responsibility to TRASMEDTOUR.
SERVICES PRICES
The prices offered
through www.TRASMEDTOUR.com include the VAT in force at the time of booking.
Prices do not include expenses arising from changes, modifications and / or
cancellations of the contracted services, nor do they include local rates
according to destination.
TRASMEDTOUR reserves the right to modify prices at any
time, without prejudice to purchases made previously.

CONTRACTING OF
SERVICES AND FORMALIZATION OF REQUESTS
The contracting of services through "www.TRASMEDTOUR.com" is
carried out following the purchase procedure. TRASMEDTOUR will send by email to
the customer, within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the order, an email
with acknowledgment of receipt of the confirmation of the service purchased.
The purchase, and of course the contract will be formalized at the time of
partial or total payment of the service by TRASMEDTOUR.
SERVICES PAY
The payment of the services acquired through the website
´www.TRASMEDTOUR.com´ will be made at the moment in which the client receives
from TRASMEDTOUR an e-mail with acknowledgment of receipt with the purchase
confirmation. Likewise, TRASMEDTOUR will not accept payments by bank transfer,
in the case of reservations with entrances to the establishment within a period
equal to or less than 96 hours.

The customer may make the payment by credit or debit card: Visa, Visa
Electron, Mastercard, and / or other similar cards that the POS payment gateway
allows at the time, or by bank transfer [indicating in it the name of the
holder service and reservation locator]. The payment card must have as issuing
financial entity a Spanish bank or savings bank or a branch or subsidiary
financial entity of a foreign financial entity established in Spain.
In case of payment by bank transfer, TRASMEDTOUR is exempt from guaranteeing
the purchase after 48 hours. Therefore, the client is requested to send proof
of payment by e-mail to TRASMEDTOUR (INFO@TRASMEDTOUR.com) within 24 hours
after purchase
TRASMEDTOUR has the highest commercially available security measures in the
sector. Likewise, the payment process works on a secure server using the SSL

CANCELLATION AND
MODIFICATION OF SERVICES

management of the same entails a processing of minimum 24 hours. This does not
imply your immediate confirmation. Once the appropriate steps have been taken,
the possible cost of the modification of each particular case will be
specified, applying the current rate in force at the establishment at the time
of the modification and considering a minimum cost of € 15 per room.
RESERVATION WITH PARTIAL PAYMENT: In a reservation made with this payment
method, the client can cancel their reservation as in any other, complying with
the cancellation conditions shown in it and with an additional charge of € 15
per room as It is indicated when selecting this payment method in the
reservation process.
TRASMEDTOUR reserves the right to cancel orders in the cases and in
accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in the "Payment of
services" section of these general reservation conditions.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
TRASMEDTOUR acts as an intermediary agency and undertakes
with the utmost diligence to offer truthful information on its website so that
all the data it shows is truthful, without typographical errors and is updated.
To this end, TRASMEDTOUR acts with the utmost diligence
with all the means within its reach and in the event that at any time an error
of this type occurs, at all times beyond the control of TRASMEDTOUR, it would
immediately proceed to your correction.

facilitated by the different suppliers or collaborating establishments, either
directly or indirectly through their web platforms or online channels; For this

Without prejudice to the provisions of the applicable
regulations, TRASMEDTOUR's liability in relation to the intermediation in the

limited to the purchase price of said services.
TRASMEDTOUR is committed to solving the problems that may
arise and to offer all the necessary support to the client to reach a quick and
satisfactory solution to the incidents that may arise on the website
